2. Nature of Products

Most of our offerings are online or digital in nature, including pre-recorded video and audio courses, digital learning programs, and structured training modules.
Some courses may also include live online sessions or follow-up meetings conducted via video platforms. Physical shipping applies only to specific items such as printed materials, rudraksha, or other merchandise, where explicitly mentioned.

3. Estimated Delivery

All delivery dates provided at the time of purchase are estimates only, unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed to in writing by us. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as natural delays, courier issues, or service interruptions may cause delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated automatically at the time of checkout, based on:

  • Your shipping address,
  • The weight and dimensions of the product(s), and
  • The selected delivery method.

All applicable shipping fees will be displayed and collected as part of the total Transaction Amount during checkout.

5. Digital Deliveries

For online or digital products:

  • Delivery will be deemed complete once the access link, login credentials, or digital content (audio/video) are successfully sent to your registered email or account.
  • Access to pre-recorded courses is usually provided instantly or within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Live classes (if included) will be conducted according to the schedule shared after enrollment.
  • Please check your spam or promotions folder in case you do not receive the access email.

6. Physical Deliveries

If your order includes a physical item:

  • Domestic deliveries: Estimated 3–10 business days.
  • International deliveries: Estimated 10–21 business days.
    Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service or regional conditions.

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

7. Delay in Delivery

If you do not receive your delivery even after seven (7) days have passed from the estimated delivery date, please contact us promptly at [email protected]. We will investigate and update you regarding the status of your order.

8. Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to our facility. Reshipping charges may apply.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.
